Infant/Child/Special Baptism Registration Form

Dear Parent(s)/Guardian/Sponsor,

Thank you for taking this important step in presenting your child to be baptised and affirming the commitment to nurture him/her in the Christian faith!

Before you begin with the registration, please prepare the following document for uploading onto our system:

  1. A copy of your child’s Birth Certificate.
  2. At least one of the parents must be a member/BMC candidate or the registration will be rejected.

Note : We encourage you to upload the above document in PDF.

There is no available Infant/Child/Special Baptism Preparation Course for registration.
